摘要： 目的 探讨研究创新导向下培养护理本科生创新能力的方法和实施效果。 方法 采取成立科研兴趣小组，建设学习型、研究型、创新型专业社团，建立校外实践与研究相结合基地及实施个性化培养计划等课外活动培养护理本科生创新能力。 结果 2016年要2018年学生科研项目立项共77项，发表论文9篇袁各类专利5项，校内外各类创新竞赛获奖18项。 师生合作完成市厅级项目2项。 结论 以研究创新为导向的培养有助于提升护理本科生的创新能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of innovative ability training for nursing undergraduates. Methods Measures included building up research group according to students interests，building up professional innovative associations establishing bases with functions of teaching and practice，and implementing individualized cultivating plans. Results From 2016 to 2018，there were 77 scientific research projects were funded respectively. Nine papers were published and 5 patents were approved. Students won 18 awards in various innovative competitions both inside and outside the school. They completed 2 municipal level projects under the guidance of teachers. Conclusion The extracurricular activities can improve the innovative ability of nursing undergraduates.
