摘要: 目的 探讨合作性学习案例在护理本科生安全与职业防护课程中的应用效果。 方法 以安全与职业防护为教学课程,选取2016级护理本科学生278名,以小组活动为基本形式,让学生合作学习相关职业防护真实案例,以获得相关临床知识与技能。 采用自身前后对照, 通过问卷调查比较护理本科生职业暴露认知及知识水平得分的差异,并了解护理本科生的课程体验。 结果 课程结束后,护理本科生的职业暴露认知及知识水平得到提高(P<0.05);护理本科生的安全与职业防护课程成绩为(89.41±0.78)分;护理本科生的课程体验总得分为(83.30±13.62)分。 结论在安全与职业防护教学中,应用合作性学习案例可提高护理本科生的职业暴露认知水平,促进护理本科生职业防护能力的提升。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of team-based case learning applied in undergraduate nursing
students’ safety and occupational protective course. Methods A total of 278 students of Grade 2016 were recruited.
Team-based case learning,through which students could learn the related knowledge and skills from the real cases.
Students’ knowledge of occupational protection were compared before and after the intervention.Results At the end of
course,the scores of knowledge of occupational protection were significantly higher than that of pre-course(P<0.05).
The course examination score was (89.41±0.78).The course study experience score was (83.30±13.62). Conclusion
The team-based case learning for undergraduate nursing students’ safety and occupational protective course can
improve their knowledge and ability of occupational protection.
