本科院校“双师型”临床教师专业发展的调查研究

Analysis on professional development of “double-qualified” clinical teachers in undergraduate colleges and universities

摘要:

目的 了解本科院校护理学“双师型”临床教师的专业发展现状,为支持“双师型”临床教师发展提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取某本科院校6所附属医院的113名护理学专业“双师型”临床教师为研究对象,采用“双师型”教师专业发展问卷进行调查。结果 本科院校护理学专业“双师型”临床教师的专业发展的发展现状维度得分为(77.78±10.22)分,实际需求维度得分为(49.75±6.10)分。问卷中得分最高的条目为“我认为学校开展‘双师型’教师培训有必要”,为(4.53±0.58)分;得分最低的条目为“我经常参加各类大型教学、学术会议(校际、区域、全国、国际等)”,为(3.48±1.15)分。结论 本科院校护理学专业“双师型”临床教师的专业发展水平仍然有待提升。建议结合医院和院校的力量,增强“双师型”临床教师自我专业发展意识,鼓励他们设定教学上的目标,促进其专业发展。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current situation of professional development of “double-qualified” clinical tutors in nursing major,and to provide references for colleges to support the development of “double-qualified” clinical nursing tutors. Methods A total of 113 nurses were recruited as participants by convenience sampling method. The questionnaire of professional development was used. Results The professional development of “double-qualified” clinical faculty in nursing at undergraduate colleges and universities scored(77.78±10.22) on the dimension of development status and(49.75±6.10) on the dimension of actual needs. The highest scoring item was “I think it is necessary for the school to carry out training for ‘double-qualified’ teachers”,with a score of(4.53±0.58),and the lowest scoring item was “I often participate in all kinds of large-scale teaching and academic conferences (inter-school,regional,national,international,etc.)”,with a score of(3.48±1.15). Conclusion The level of professional development of “double-qualified” clinical teachers of nursing programs in undergraduate colleges and universities still needs to be improved. It is recommended to combine the strength of hospitals and colleges to enhance the awareness of professional development of “double-qualified” clinical teachers,encourage them to set teaching goals,and promote their professional development.
