体外受精-胚胎移植孕妇分娩方式意向及影响因素研究

摘要：

目的了解体外受精-胚胎移植孕妇分娩方式意向并分析其影响因素。方法于2019年4月—2020年6月采用一般资料调查表、自我调节疲劳量表、特质应对问卷对长沙市某生殖医院的215例体外受精-胚胎移植孕妇进行分娩方式意向的调查。结果 215例体外受精-胚胎移植孕妇中,101例（47.0%）分娩方式意向为自然分娩,114例（53.0%）倾向于为剖宫产。Logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄、胎次、自我调节疲劳、消极应对对体外受精-胚胎移植孕妇的分娩方式意向产生影响。结论体外受精-胚胎移植孕妇的分娩方式意向受多种因素影响,护理人员应采取强化认知、针对性的心理干预来避免自我调节疲劳,改变消极应对方式,促使患者正确认识并选择自然分娩,对降低剖宫产率有一定积极意义。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the intention of delivery mode of pregnant women with in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer（IVF-EF） and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From April 2019 to June 2020,general information questionnaire,Self-Regulatory Fatigue Scale,and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire were used to investigate the delivery mode intentions of 215 pregnant women in a reproductive hospital in Changsha. Results Among the 215 pregnant women with IVF-EF,101（47.0%） were intended to give birth naturally,and 114（53.0%） tended to be delivered by cesarean section. Logistic regression analysis showed that age,parity,self-regulated fatigue,and negative coping had an impact on the delivery method intention of IVF-EF pregnant women. Conclusion The intention of delivery methods of pregnant women is affected by many factors. Nursing staff should adopt enhanced cognitive and psychological intervention to avoid self-regulation fatigue,change negative coping styles,and encourage patients to correctly recognize and choose natural delivery. It has a certain positive significance in reducing the rate of cesarean section.
