团体产前保健联合线上孕妇学校在高龄初产妇健康教育中的应用

Application of the group prenatal care combined with pregnant women school for high-aged primiparous women

摘要:

目的 探讨团体产前保健联合线上孕妇学校在高龄初产妇健康教育中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月—11月泉州市某三级甲等综合医院产科门诊首次建卡的高龄初产妇120例,随机分为试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),试验组采用团体产前保健联合线上孕妇学校模式;对照组采用传统产前保健管理模式。比较两组高龄初产妇在干预前后的妊娠压力、分娩自我效能和顺产率的差异。结果 干预后试验组妊娠压力低于对照组(P<0.05),分娩自我效能及顺产率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 团体产前保健联合线上孕妇学校健康教育模式可降低高龄初产妇的妊娠压力,提高分娩自我效能及顺产率。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effects of group prenatal care combined with pregnant women school on health education of high-aged primiparous women. Methods A total of 120 high-aged primiparous women who were first registered in the obstetrics clinic of our hospital from January to November 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=60)and the control group(n=60). Women in the experimental group received a new model of group prenatal care with pregnant women school,while women in the control group received the traditional prenatal care. The pregnancy pressure,delivery self-efficacy and delivery rate between the two groups were compared after 6 months of interventions. Results The pregnancy pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy and natural birth rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The group prenatal care combined with pregnant women school for high-aged primi-parous women can reduce the pressure of pregnancy,improve the self-efficacy of delivery and the rate of delivery.
