摘要:
元认知能力是个体在认知活动过程中产生的自我计划、监控、调节和评价的能力,在学习中具有重要作用,对学生学习成绩和技能表现有潜在的积极影响,在护理人才紧缺的背景下元认知能力的培养显得尤为重要。该文通过对国内外文献进行归纳总结,从元认知能力的概念、主要测量工具、对护理教育的作用及提高元认知能力的策略进行综述,为提高护理专业学生元认知能力及护理教学质量的改进提供借鉴和理论依据。
