摘要:

针对目前临床护理教学面临的主要问题,在雁阵效应理论的指导下,从“人员、目标、定位、权限和计划”护理团队五大要素改革临床护理教学团队管理模式,具体包括重组教学团队、制订团队愿景和目标、明确团队定位、保障权限、计划团队发展方案。基于雁阵效应理论的临床护理教学管理模式,使教学团队结构更优化,团队年龄结构、职称与学历结构分布更合理,可在提升临床护理教学能力、探索高绩效的临床护理教学团队工作模式方面提供借鉴。

Abstract:

To resolve the problems encountered in clinical teaching,teaching management reform based on the wild goose queue was conducted from the aspects of “personnel,objective,position,rights,and plan”. The detailed contents included re-grouping the staff team,developing the team objectives,making sure the team position,planning team scheme. The clinical nursing teaching management mode based on the theory of wild goose queue effect would optimize the structure of the teaching teams and make age distribution,title composition and educational background structure of the teaching team more reasonable. It would provide reference for improving the ability of clinical nursing teaching and optimize the clinical nursing teaching team.
