护理学专业整合课程改革发展现状与挑战

摘要：

护理学专业整合课程改革是护理教育课程改革的主要发展方向。该文通过文献回顾,从护理学专业整合课程的开展现状、关键环节和挑战进行了综述。护理学专业整合课程改革应加强学校层面的统领作用,做好顶层设计,重视整合课程师资队伍建设,发展多元化的教学方法和评价体系,开发整合教材及案例库,推动护理学专业持续发展。

关键词: 护理, 课程, 综述, 整合, 教学改革

Abstract:

The integrated curriculum reform in nursing is the main development direction of nursing curriculum reform. This article reviewed the current situation,key components and challenges of nursing curriculum integration through literature review. The integrated curriculum reform in nursing should strengthen the leading role of nursing school itself. The top-level design should be done and team construction should be emphasized. Multiple teaching methods and evaluation methods should be developed. Integrated teaching materials and cases should also be developed. All these measures can promote the sustainable development of nursing.
