基于纽曼系统模式的护理中域理论发展及应用的文献研究

摘要：

目的了解基于纽曼系统模式的护理中域理论的发展和应用情况，为我国护理理论的研究和实践提供参考。方法检索PubMed、Scopus、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、OVID、EBSCOhost、SinoMed、中国知网、万方、维普数据库，筛选基于纽曼系统模式的护理中域理论相关文献，并对纳入的文献进行资料提取和汇总。结果共纳入13个中域理论研究，发表时间为1991年—2022年，全部来源于美国。主要构建方法是理论分析的演绎法和文献研究的归纳法。13个理论的研究内容涉及纽曼系统模式的全部或部分核心概念，8个理论使用了概念-理论-实证框架图，4个理论已有应用证据，3个理论暂时缺少验证过程。结论基于纽曼系统模式的护理中域理论多按照概念-理论-实证框架发展，对解释不同个体和家庭的应激及指导应对实践有一定作用。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the development and application of middle-range nursing theories based on the Neuman Systems Model（NSM），and to provide reference for the research and practice of nursing theory in China. Methods Databases were searched including PubMed，Scopus，Embase，CINAHL，Web of Science，OVID，EBSCOhost，SinoMed，CNKI，Wanfang and VIP，and literatures related to middle-range nursing theory based on the NSM were screened. The data was extracted and summarized for the included literatures. Results A total of 13 middle-range theories published from 1991 to 2022 were included，which all originated from the United States. The main theory-generating approaches were deduction from theories and induction from research. Thirteen theories involved all or part of the core concepts of the NSM，and 8 theories employed the concept-theory-empirical frame diagram，4 theories had empirical research evidence，and 3 theories lacked of verification process. Conclusion The middle-range theories based on NSM are mostly developed according to concept-theory-empirical framework，which has a good guiding effect on stress and coping practice of different individuals and families.
