本科护理专业新生研讨课课程思政教学设计与实践

Abstract:

Objective To explore the design and application effect of Ideological and Political Theory Education in nursing Freshmen Seminar Course. Methods Based on ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, the Ideological and Political Theory Education program of Freshmen Seminar Course was designed and implemented in 69 nursing freshmen of grade 2022. At the end of the course, the students’ recognition of the curriculum Ideological and Political Theory Education was investigated and the Giorgi analysis method was used to conduct a qualitative analysis of students’ impressions of the curriculum to evaluate the implementation effect of Ideological and Political Theory Education design. Results The results showed that 81.2%, 85.5%, 82.6% and 89.9% of the students graded “strongly agree” for the breadth, depth, logicality and overall evaluation of the Ideological and Political Theory Education. A total of three themes were extracted by qualitative content analysis, namely, the improvement of nursing professionalism, the cultivation of scientific spirit and the establishment of ideals and beliefs. Conclusion The Ideological and Political Theory Education of Freshmen Seminar Course based on theory design can ensure the effect of Ideological and Political Theory Education, and is recognized and welcomed by students.
