Interpretation of the National Standards for Nursing Teaching Quality:Scientific Researches

摘要:

教学与科研是高等学校的基本功能,处理好教学与科研的关系是每所大学必须面对的议题。该文以2018年教育部高等学校护理学专业教学指导委员会制定公布的《护理学类教学质量国家标准》为指导,对其中教学与科研的关系部分进行解读,提出各护理院校应当基于自身定位和条件,从高校、教师及学生层面分别采取措施促进教研相长,以期对护理学院(系)及护理教师群体处理教学与科研的关系提供指导和帮助。

Abstract:

Teaching and researches are two basic functions of colleges and universities. Dealing with the relationship between them is an important issue that every university have to face.This article interpreted the relationship between teaching and research based on the National Standards for Nursing Teaching Quality,which was published by the Nursing Professional Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education in 2018. The nursing schools should take measures to promote the development of teaching and research together from three aspects of school itself,teachers and students based on their own positions and conditions. We hope the interpretation will be helpful andprovide guidance to nursing schools and nursing educators regarding dealing with the relationship between teaching and research.
