护理本科生护理管理临床教学内容框架的构建

Development of clinical teaching framework of nursing management for undergraduate nursing students

摘要:

目的 运用德尔菲法构建护理本科生护理管理临床实践教学内容框架。方法 基于国内外权威护理管理学教材初步构建护理本科生护理管理临床实践教学内容,选择15名护理管理领域的专家进行2轮函询,修正与确定最终的教学内容框架。结果 2轮函询的专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.87、0.91,2轮函询后,专家协调系数为0.24(P<0.01),最终形成的教学内容框架包含4个一级项目,10个二级项目,29个三级项目。结论 本研究构建的护理管理临床实践教学内容框架具有较好的科学性,为以后护理本科生护理管理临床实践的具体实施提供了重要理论性支持。

Abstract:

Objective To establish a clinical teaching framework of nursing management for undergraduate by using Delphi method. Methods Based on the contents of authoritative nursing management textbooks in and out of China and two-round consultations of 15 experts in the field of nursing management,the final teaching content framework was revised and determined. Results The active coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of inquiry were 100%,and the authority coefficients were 0.87 and 0.91 respectively. The expert coordination coefficient was 0.24(P<0.01). The teaching framework included 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 29 third-level indicators. Conclusion The clinical practice teaching content framework of nursing management established in this study is scientific,and provides important theoretical support for the implementation of undergraduate nursing management practice in the future.
