Abstract:

Objective To establish the evaluation index system of nurse training in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and standardize the evaluation standard of training effect of TCM nursing talents. Methods Based on the framework of kirkpatrick model,36 experts in traditional Chinese medicine were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to determine the content and weight of training evaluation indicators. Results By adding, deleting and splitting indicators, the training effect evaluation index system of TCM nursing knowledge and technique of nurses included 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators after two-round expert advisory. The effective response rates were 92.3% and 96.0%,the Cr was 0.93,the Kendall’s W in the levels were 0.641,0.198 and 0.270 respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion The evaluation index system of TCM nursing training based on kirkpatrick model is scientific and reasonable, which can provide evaluation basis for standardized and effective TCM nursing training.
