本科护理实习生老年护理置信职业行为评价指标体系的构建

摘要：

目的构建本科护理实习生老年护理置信职业行为评价指标体系。方法通过文献分析和小组讨论设计专家咨询问卷,于2021年8月—9月采用德尔菲法对13名老年护理领域专家进行2轮专家咨询。结果 2轮函询的问卷回收率均为100%。第2轮函询专家权威系数为0.97,指标重要性和可观察性的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.168和0.182（均P<0.001）,预期置信级别的肯德尔和谐系数为0.150（P<0.001）。构建的本科护理实习生老年护理置信职业行为评价指标包括健康评估、老年患者护理、医嘱处理、基本护理操作和健康教育5项一级指标、14项二级指标和51项三级指标,学生在不同实习阶段的二级指标预期置信级别为1~4级不等。结论构建的本科护理实习生老年护理置信职业行为评价指标具有可靠性、科学性和全面性,可为本科老年护理临床教学及考核评价提供客观的量化依据。

Abstract:

Objective To establish an evaluation index system of the entrustable professional activities in geriatric nursing interns. Methods An expert consultation questionnaire was designed through literature analysis and group discussion,and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted among 13 geriatric care experts using Delphi technique from August to September 2021. Results The recovery rate of the questionnaires was 100%. In the second round of consultation,the authority coefficient of experts was 0.97,the Kendall harmony coefficient of index importance and observability was 0.168 and 0.182（P<0.001）,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of expected confidence level was 0.150（P<0.001）. The index system of the entrustable professional activities in geriatric nursing for the geriatric nursing interns consisted of 5 primary indicators,which were health assessment,caring of older patient,processing medical prescriptions,basic nursing skills and health education. Fourteen secondary indicators and 51 tertiary indicators were included in the index system. The expected entrustable level range of secondary indicators was from 1 to 4. Conclusion The established evaluation index system of the entrustable professional activities in geriatric nursing interns is reliable,scientific and comprehensive. It can provide objective quantitative basis for clinical teaching and assessment in undergraduate geriatric nursing.
