失效模式与效应分析在护理专业实习生锐器伤防护管理中的应用

摘要：

目的探讨失效模式与效应分析在护理专业实习生锐器伤防护管理中的应用效果。方法在失效模式和效应分析理论指导下,通过收集信息和头脑风暴确定可能导致实习生锐器伤防护失效的因素,并对其进行风险评估,然后确定需要改进的项目并针对性制订改进策略,包括规范锐器伤防护相关培训、加强临床带教和强化实习生心理素质,比较改进前（2019年度）和改进后（2020年度）实习生锐器伤的发生率。结果改进后实习生锐器伤的发生率为1.16%（2/173）,低于改进前的5.38%（10/186）,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论运用失效模式与效应分析制订的管理策略能有效降低实习生锐器伤的风险,减少锐器伤的发生率。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of the failure mode and effect analysis on management of sharp instrument injury in nursing interns. Methods Under the guidance of the failure mode and effect analysis theory,this study identified the factors that may lead to the failure of sharps injury protection for interns through information collection and brainstorming. Assessment of these risk factors were carried out. Then those items that need to be improved were identified and improvement strategies were formulated accordingly,including standardizing training related to sharp instrument injury protection and strengthening clinical teaching and strengthening the psychological quality of interns. The incidence of sharps injuries among interns before and after the improvement strategies were compared. Results After the strategy improvement,the incidence rate of sharp instrument injury among interns was 1.16%（2/173）,which was lower than 5.38%（10/186） before the strategy improvement（P<0.05）. Conclusion The management strategy formulated by the failure mode and effect analysis can effectively reduce the risk of sharp instrument injury among nursing interns and reduce the incidence of sharp instrument injury.
