摘要:

目的 探讨反思提示卡在ICU新入职护士培训中的应用方法和效果。方法 选择2019年9月—2021年1月在上海市某三级甲等医院ICU接受培训的29名新入职护士作为研究对象,翻译并修订反思提示卡,指导护士在培训过程中根据反思提示卡书写工作日志,从临床学习思维、临床环境、临床行为进行反思并记录1周新学习的临床知识。结果 应用反思提示卡后,工作日志书写的内容更加丰富;带教教师根据护士工作日志对其培训效果进行评价并调整教学计划;护士的培训体验有所改善。结-论 通过让护士应用反思提示卡书写工作日志,促进了护士的自主学习和成长,为带教教师开展个体化培训提供依据。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of using a reflection prompting card in ICU new nurses training. Methods From September 2019 to January 2021,new nurses who received standardized training in ICU of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were selected in the study. Reflection prompting cards were translated and revised,and the nurses were instructed to write work diary according to the reflection prompting card during the training process. Nurses reflected their practice on the clinical learning thinking,clinical environment and clinical behavior and recorded the new clinical knowledge every week. Results After the application of reflection prompting cards,the contents of work diaries were richer. Teachers evaluated the training effects and adjusted the teaching plans according to nurses’ diaries. The training experience of nurses were also improved. Conclusion By using reflection prompting cards,nurses can improve their independent learning and growth. The study can provide a basis for teachers to carry out individualized training.
