社区护士叙事护理培训的效果评价

Application of narrative nursing training in community nurses

摘要:

目的 探讨叙事护理培训在社区护士中的应用效果。方法 2020年9月—10月,以某市8所社区卫生服务机构的96名社区护士为对象进行8周的叙事护理培训,依次从叙事护理理论概述、实践步骤、常用技术和实践与汇报4个方面开展叙事护理培训,培训前后采用叙事护理情景剧和叙事护理知识-态度-行为问卷进行评价。结果 培训前后叙事护理情景剧得分分别为(64.26±6.35)分、(81.86±7.64)分,差异有统计学意义(t=35.247,P<0.001);培训后叙事护理知信行得分及总分均高于培训前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 叙事护理培训有助于提高社区护士对叙事护理的知信行,从而使社区护士的叙事能力得以提升。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of narrative nursing training in community nurses. Methods From September to October 2020,a total of 96 community nurses from 8 community health centers were given 8 weeks of narrative nursing training. Narrative nursing training was carried out from four aspects:narrative nursing overview,implementation steps,common techniques and practice report. Before and after the training,narrative nursing scene play and Knowledge,Attitude and Practice(KAP)Questionnaire of Nurses on Narrative Nursing were used for effects evaluation. Results The scores of narrative nursing scene play before and after training were(64.26±6.35) and(81.86±7.64)respectively(t=35.247,P<0.001). After training,the scores of each dimension and the total scores of KAP Questionnaire of Nurses on Narrative Nursing were higher than those before the training(P<0.001). Conclusion Narrative nursing training is helpful to improve the KAP of community nurses in narrative nursing. The narrative ability of community nurses can also be improved.
