世界技能大赛健康与社会照护项目介绍及启示

摘要：

世界技能大赛是世界性职业技能大赛,也是展示和交流职业技能的重要平台,其中健康与社会照护项目是与医疗与护理行业密切相关的项目,关注该项目有助于促进健康服务业的发展和卫生人才培养。该文深入介绍了世界技能大赛中健康与社会照护项目的比赛形式与内容、评分标准与方法等,提出对我国护理技术培训、临床思维能力培养、临床实践教学方面的启示,以更好地促进护理人才培养和临床实践。

Abstract:

The World Skills Competition is the highest level of the world vocational skills competition,and it is an important platform for displaying and communicating vocational skills among different personnel. The Health and Social Care is closely related to medicine and nursing,which help promote the development of healthcare services and the training of medical staff. This article provided an indepth introduction to the competition formats and contents,scoring standards and methods of Health and Social Care in the World Skills Competition. We proposed suggestions on the training of nursing technology,clinical thinking ability,and clinical teaching. Hopefully these suggestions can better promote the nursing talent training and clinical practice.
