专业认证驱动下妇产科护理实训课程的教学改革

Practice of teaching reform on Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Training driven by the professional certification

摘要:

目的 探讨专业认证驱动下妇产科护理实训课程教学改革方法及效果。方法 妇产科护理实训课程从课程设置、教学模式、考核机制和实验室建设等方面进行教学改革和实践。比较2015级(改革前)和2016级(改革后)护理本科生的实训操作考核成绩,采用教学满意度调查表对2016级学生进行调查。 结果 2016级学生的操作成绩为(95.45±2.32)分,2015级学生的操作成绩为(83.50±5.67)分,差异有统计学意义(t=38.244,P<0.001);2016级学生的教学满意度评分为(49.21±6.58)分。 结论 专业认证驱动下,妇产科护理实训课程教学改革提高了学生的操作技能水平,学生对教学满意度较高。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of teaching reform on Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Training driven by professional certification. Methods The Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Training was reformed and practiced in the following aspects:curriculum setting,teaching mode,assessment,and laboratory development. The examination performance was compared between the students of grade 2015(before reform) and those of grade 2016 (after reform). Besides,a questionnaire regarding satisfaction with the teaching was used to examine the satisfaction level of students in grade 2016. Results The score of the skill performance was(95.45±2.32) for the students of grade 2016 while it was(83.50±5.67) for the students of grade 2015. The scores of the two groups were statistically different(t=38.244,P<0.001). The satisfaction score of the students was(49.21±6.58). Conclusion The teaching reform of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Training can promote students’ skills. Nursing students have higher satisfaction level with the teaching.
