儿童急救和照护公益培训的效果评价

Public welfare training effects evaluation of children’s emergency and care

摘要:

目的 探讨以医院多学科为载体、借助医院自主研发的信息平台开展的儿童急救和照护公益培训的效果。方法 以儿童医院急诊科、外科、骨科、五官科、眼科、儿童保健科、营养科、感染科的医护人员为师资队伍,借助信息平台开展儿童急救和照护公益培训活动,用问卷调查接受培训者对培训课程的满意度,总结近3年信息平台的使用情况。 结果 培训课程期数逐年增长,共有10 788名接受培训者填写了满意度问卷,课程满意率为100%。 结论 借助信息平台连接供需双方,发挥儿童医院多学科资源优势,开展面向公众的公益培训,得到了公众的认可。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of public welfare training on family first aid ability for children based on the information platform independently developed by the study hospital and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Methods The training team was consisted of healthcare professionals from departments of emergency,surgery,orthopaedics,otorhinolaryngology,ophthalmology,children growth and development,nutrition and infection in a children’s hospital. Public welfare training activities on children’s emergency and care were conducted with the help of the information platform. A questionnaire was used to investigate participants’ satisfaction with the training. The platform usage was also compared in the past three years. Results The numbers of training kept increasing year by year. A total of 10,788 participants completed the satisfaction questionnaire with the satisfaction rate of 100%. Conclusion The information platform makes a connection between healthcare professionals and the public and the advantages of the children’s hospital are fully made use of. The training is well accepted by the public.
