中西医协同背景下综合性医院发展中医护理的探索与实践

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of the integrated Chinese-Western medicine collaborative strategy，the high-quality development of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） nursing has emerged as a pivotal pathway for innovation and inheritance in healthcare. From June 2023 to May 2025，Zhongda Hospital Southeast University systematically integrated TCM nursing with modern medical systems through measures such as establishing a Traditional Chinese Nursing Guidance Team，implementing tiered talent cultivation programs，advancing TCM nursing skills in stages，opening Traditional Chinese Nursing Clinics，setting up special funds for new TCM nursing technologies and projects，and building a Traditional Chinese information platform. After two years of practical reform，the number of TCM nursing professionals in the hospital increased from 15 to 364；TCM nursing projects expanded from 3 to 14，covering 49 departments of the hospital；the scope of symptom management extended from 4 to 25； and three “Internet + TCM Nursing Service” projects were launched，which effectively improves the utilization efficiency of medical resources，enhancing patient benefits，and providing a replicable optimization pathway for modern hospital management.
