Exploration and construction of nursing and health care talents training cultivation curriculum system from the perspective of industry-education integration

Abstract:

With the improvement of national living standards and the acceleration of population aging,health-care has become a major strategic issue related to national economy and people’s livelihood. Cultivating high-quality nursing and health talents is particularly crucial. The integration of industry and education can promote the organic integration of the education chain,talent chain,innovation chain,and industry chain,thereby cultivating high-quality applied talents that meet social needs. Taking the construction of a high-level professional group as an opportunity,this study gathered the advantageous resources of “government,school,industry,and enterprise”,built a large health technology skill industry-education integration base. Through methods such as questionnaire surveys and expert interviews,we systematically constructed a talent cultivation curriculum system for industry education integration through the steps of “research,exploration,analysis,sequence,and activity”,created an international high-level nursing and health care project,established a sustainable and virtuous cycle model for nursing and health care talent cultivation.
