Abstract:

Objective To understand the current situation of learning acquisition sense of graduate nursing students and to investigate the influence of mentoring style on learning acquisition sense of graduate nursing students. Methods Convenience sampling method was employed and 241 nursing master’s students from seven universities in Guizhou Province and Guangdong Province were selected as the participants for investigation. General information questionnaire，the Learning Acquisition for Postgraduate Students，and the Mentoring Style Questionnaire were used for data collection. Results The total score of learning acquisition sense of graduate nursing students was （110.20±14.23）. The results of stratified regression analysis showed that mentor-supportive mentoring style explained 38.7% of the total variance in graduate students’ learning acquisition perception. Conclusion Mentor supportive mentoring style is an influential factor in the learning acquisition perception of graduate nursing students，suggesting that the degree of matching between graduate students and mentor mentoring style should be emphasized.
