基于证据的社区老年人口腔健康管理科普作品的设计及制作

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective To design and develop popular works of oral health management for older adults in the community to improve their oral health literacy. Methods Through summarizing the best evidence for oral health management of older adults in the community，the framework of popular works was identified. The popular works were designed and made by a multidisciplinary team after the evidence refinement and translation. Finally，through focus group interviews with five members who did not participate in the production of popular science works，the popular science works were reviewed. Results A total of 21 best evidences were summarized from five aspects. Through two rounds of experts meeting，the final popular works for community elderly were formed. The final video clips popular works have five themes and 16 refined themes，including the importance of oral health，risk factors of oral diseases，identification of dental caries and periodontal diseases，prevention and care，and use of oral cleaning tools. Conclusion The development method of popular works of oral health management for older adults in the community is scientific and standardized. Such works are user-friendly in design. This study provides a reference for the development of popular works in other fields.
