Introduction of the experience of teaching reform in the higher vocational nursing speciality

Abstract:

This paper introduced the experience of teaching reform in Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College. The objective of the teaching reform was to improve the training quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. The reform was carried out based on the Three Gorges Reservoir Area Medical Education Collaborative Vocational education group platform and met the needs of different nursing posts for students’ ability training and professional quality. The reform met with the clinical practice,nursing posts requirements and industry standard. It combined the actual situation of the college and made the nursing practice as the start. The reform improved the talent cultivation mechanism of medical combined with education,paid attention to the cultivation of humanistic quality,used multiple assessment ways,and implemented the characteristic talent training model.
