Abstract:

Objective To introduce an experiment for simulating the recirculation of central venous catheter in hemodialysis and explore the effect of its application in nurse education. Methods To design an experiment that demonstrate the recirculation of central venous catheter connected in standard and reverse configuration during hemodialysis treatment,and then test the teaching effect by examining the knowledge mastery of nurses. Results The scores after the experimental demonstration were higher than these before the demonstration,and the difference was statistically significant（t=18.779,P<0.001）. Conclusion Experimental demonstration can effectively assist teaching and get better teaching effect.
