Abstract: This paper summarized the experience of training the nurses specialized in respiratory chronic disease management in the following aspects：contents，model，and staff preparation. Besides，it an-alyzed the problems during the training and strategies were proposed to solve these problems. We aimed to provide references for future training of nurses specialized in respiratory chronic disease management regarding the training schedule and training methods. By this way，the quality of training nurses specialized in respiratory chronic disease management can be improved to a great extent.
