Abstract: Education informationization is one of the important ways of nursing education reform. Based on con-structivism theory and virtual simulation technology，we timely held the development opportunities and constructed a virtual programme on nursing clinical thinking. The programme was then put into practice. This paper introduced the notion and process of programme design. We took “caring for femoral neck fracture complicated with diabetes mellitus” as an example and introduced in detailed contents of the programme. This paper depicted the process in teaching and proposed suggestions for the continuous improvement of the programme according to problems found in the application process.
