Abstract: Objective The co-word analysis was used to analyze literature in recent 3 years on new nurse training. Methods We retrieved all the papers in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,CQVIP and CBM with the keywords “new nurse” or “newly recruited nurse” and “training”. Those papers which met the inclusion criteria were imported into Bicomb 2.0 software for keyword extraction and word frequency analysis to generate the co-occurrence matrix of high-frequency words. A co-occurrence analysis diagram was drawn. Results A total of 1 159 articles were included in the study and 36 high-frequency keywords were extracted. The research in this field focused on teaching methods, ability cultivation, training quality, training model of some special clinical areas and nurses’ occupational psychological status. Conclusion At present, there are many researches on the teaching methods and modes, ability cultivation, and occupational mental health of new nurses. In the future,we can further explore how to establish a diversified, personalized and humane standardized training and supervision system.
