Abstract: Objective To explore the model for training and use of the specialty nurse team . Methods We identified the requirements of specialty nurse training，standardized the usage of specialty nurse，refined duties，and established a management model for the training and use of the specialty nurse team.Results More than 400 specialty nurse were trained in recent five years. The training improved the nursing quality and the professional identity of nursing staff. Conclusion The specialty nurse team could effectively improve the service level and increase the influence of nursing.
