Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of scenario simulation applied in the course of Acute and Critical Care Nursing. Methods Scenario simulation based on dynamic cases was applied in the course of Acute and Critical Care Nursing among 57 nursing undergraduate students enrolled in 2015. The teaching effects were evaluated by the course assessment and the questionnaire survey. Results The mean performance score was（82.36±4.06）. 93.0% of the students were satisfied with the teaching and 96.5% of the students agreed that scenario simulation could promote them to master those skills. 91.3% students thought that scenario simulation can optimize their learning behaviors,93.0% of them thought it could improve team cooperation,79.0% of them agreed that it could improve the innovation,and finally 93.0% of them thought it can improve the coping ability. Conclusion Scenario simulation based on dynamic case can stimulate students' learning interest,improve clinical first aid awareness,comprehensive ability,and teaching effects.
