淋巴水肿治疗师培养与使用管理的现状及展望

Abstract

Abstract:

Lymphedema therapists are medical professionals such as doctors，nurses，physical therapists，or rehabilitation therapists who，after receiving professional training，specialize in the prevention，assessment，diagnosis，treatment，and management of lymphedema. They play a core role in improving patient prognosis，alleviating patients’ physical and mental burdens，and promoting the development of lymphedema treatment. This article reviews the current status of training，utilization，and management of lymphedema therapists at home and abroad，compares the differences，and puts forward corresponding strategies and prospects in view of the problems existing in the training and utilization of domestic lymphedema therapists. It is expected to provide references and basis for the standardized training of lymphedema therapists，professional construction of the team，and sustainable development of lymphedema treatment in China.
