Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of silver ion dressing combined with negative pressure drainage in the treatment of infectious wounds. Methods A comprehensive literature search was conducted in the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data Platform,VIP datebase and other databases for randomized controlled trials of silver ion dressing combined with negative pressure drainage to treat infectious wound. Two researchers conducted data extraction and quality evaluation, and used RevMan 5.4 software for meta-analysis. Results A total of 9 articles were included, with a sample size of 690. Patients in the experimental group were treated with silver ion dressing combined with negative pressure drainage therapy, and patients in the control group were treated with silver ion dressing, negative pressure drainage therapy or conventional dressing change. Meta analysis results showed that the silver ion dressing combined with negative pressure drainage therapy can reduce the Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing score[MD=-1.44,95%CI(-2.49,-0.39),Z=2.70,P=0.007],positive rate of bacteria[OR=0.37,95%CI(0.27,0.50),Z=6.16,P<0.001],wound healing time [MD=-6.70,95%CI(-9.00,-4.40),Z=5.71,P<0.001],and improve the wound healing rate[OR=3.32,95%CI(1.72,6.40),Z=3.58,P<0.001]. Conclusion Silver ion dressing combined with negative pressure drainage therapy can effectively promote the healing of infectious wounds.
