Abstract: To summarize the treatment process and nursing measures of a pregnant woman with severe influenza A （H1N1）. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) was used to rescue the patients. At the same time,the patients and fetuses were closely monitored. The nursing work includes circulation system monitoring,protection and isolation,prevention of bleeding,improvement of ventilation,early rehabilitation exercise,nutritional care,radiation protection of pregnant women and fetuses and psychological care. Eventually,the patient recovered and returned to the local hospital for further treatment.
