Abstract:

Objective To develop an interventional program for improving identification ability of online health information in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Based on literature analysis and consultation meetings, the first draft of the interventional program was constructed. Then Delphi method was adopted. Fifteen experts in the related fields were invited to conduct 2 rounds of mail consultations regarding the program contents. Results The final interventional program included 5 online lectures. For the training contents, the effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultations were 100% with the authoritative coefficient was 0.90. After two rounds of expert consultations, the importance values of each item were different from 4.06 to 4.93. The coefficients of variance of each item varied from 0.05 to 0.18. The contents included 4 modules:basic knowledge of SLE,quality of online health information, methods to obtain high-quality online health information, and methods to identify online health information. Conclusion The interventional program for improving online health information identification ability in patients with SLE is scientific, applicable and reliable, which is the foundation for the following pilot study.
