The score of worry dimension(2.98±0.60) was lowest. The score of perceived usefulness dimension(4.08±0.64) was highest. Participants with different age, education level, and residence had different acceptance score(P<0.05). Besides, the acceptance scores of participants receiving the TCM nursing skills or not were also different(P<0.05).Conclusion The recognition and acceptance of TCM nursing skills among middle-aged and older residents is good, but they have concerns and difficulties to use them. The community health center should actively improve the condition and provide convenient and high-quality TCM nursing services for their residents.
