Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research of nurses' spiritual care experience. Methods The following databases including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,EBSCO,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and Airiti Library were searched from inception to October 2019 to collect related qualitative studies. The cognition of spiritual care:the scope of spiritual care is extensive, and spiritual care is necessary;emotional experience of spiritual care:positive and negative psychological feelings coexist;practical experience in spiritual care:work environment factors may cause difficulties in spiritual care implementation, differences in nurses' own traits may affect spiritual care outcomes, establishing a good nurse-patient relationship is conducive to the implementation of clinical care, provide cultural and religious support appropriate to the patient's needs, and benefits of training related to spiritual care. Conclusion Nursing managers in China should actively understand the clinical nurses' perceptions and opinions on spiritual care, accelerate the development of clinical spiritual care interventions and practical programs, and promote the clinical practice of spiritual care work to better reflect the concept of human care, improve the quality of nursing, and promote the healthy development of our nursing career.
