The class management model for new nurses

Abstract: Objective s To explore the effects of class management model for new nurses. Methods The class management model was used in teaching and training of new nurses. The excellent head nurse was selected as the head of the class. Nurses who were responsible for education in the hospital were responsible for the class teaching. New nurses took their responsibilities by completing the specific role in the class. One year after the training,the core competence and job satisfaction were evaluated. Results Nurses' core competence and job satisfaction were better than those before the training(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of class management model can improve the core competence and job satisfaction of new nurses.
