摘要：

目的构建骨科低年资护士患者安全胜任力培训方案，并进行应用可行性分析。方法基于文献回顾、访谈及德尔菲法构建骨科低年资护士患者安全胜任力培训方案。于2025年1月—6月，选取山东省某三级甲等医院骨科20名低年资护士作为研究对象，初步验证培训方案的可行性。结果 2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.90、0.94，变异系数分别为0.103、0.108，肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.391、0.186（均P<0.05）。临床初步验证骨科低年资护士患者安全胜任力得分为（145.30±17.23）分，护理人员不良事件报告认知与态度得分为（79.75±7.49）分，14名护士未发生不良事件。结论骨科低年资护士患者安全胜任力培训方案具有一定的科学性与可行性，可为骨科低年资护士患者安全培训提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To develop a patient safety competency training program for junior orthopedic nurses and conduct a preliminary feasibility evaluation. Methods A patient safety competency training program for junior orthopedic nurses was developed based on literature review，qualitative interviews，and Delphi expert consultation. From January 2025 to June 2025，20 junior nurses from the orthopedic department of a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province were recruited to conduct a preliminary feasibility verification of the training program. Results The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were both 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.90 and 0.94，respectively；the coefficients of variation were 0.103 and 0.108，respectively；and the Kendall’s coefficients of concordance were 0.391 and 0.186，respectively（all P<0.05），indicating good consistency among expert opinions. The preliminary clinical verification showed that the total score of patient safety competency among junior orthopedic nurses was（145.30±17.23），the score of cognition and attitude toward adverse event reporting was（79.75±7.49），and 14 nurses experienced no adverse events. Conclusion The patient safety competency training program for junior orthopedic nurses developed in this study demonstrated preliminary scientificity and feasibility，and may provide a reference for patient safety training of junior orthopedic nurses.
