同伴支持感知量表的汉化及在1型糖尿病儿童照顾者中的信效度探索性研究

Sinicization of the Perceived Peer Support Scale and its reliability and validity test in primary caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes

摘要：

目的 汉化英文版同伴支持感知量表（Peer Mentor Support Scale，PMSS），并检验其在我国1型糖尿病儿童主要照顾者中的信效度，为评估其从同伴支持者处感知到的支持水平提供工具。 方法 遵循Brislin翻译模型对英文版PMSS进行翻译、回译、文化调适及预调查，形成中文版同伴支持感知量表。采用便利抽样法，于2025年9月—2026年1月选取浙江省某三级甲等儿童医院455名1型糖尿病儿童主要照顾者进行调查。采用项目分析、内容效度、验证性因子分析、聚合效度、Cronbach’s α系数和折半信度评价量表的信效度。同时采用折半交叉验证检验单维结构的稳定性。 结果 中文版PMSS保留原量表17个条目和单维结构。各条目临界比值为15.788~24.287，各条目与量表总分的相关系数为0.722~0.819（均P<0.001）。验证性因子分析结果显示，单维模型拟合基本可接受：χ2/df=4.109，近似误差均方根=0.083，比较拟合指数=0.932，Tucker-Lewis指数=0.922，标准化残差均方根=0.041；各条目标准化因子载荷为0.692~0.809。中文版PMSS的组合信度为0.957，平均方差提取量为0.567；总量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.957，折半信度为0.967。折半交叉验证结果显示，两组单因子模型拟合均基本可接受，标准化因子载荷分别为0.654~0.821和0.695~0.829。 结论 中文版PMSS具有较好的信效度，可用于评估我国1型糖尿病儿童主要照顾者的同伴支持感知水平。

Abstract:

Objective To translate the Peer Mentor Support Scale （PMSS） into Chinese and examine its reliability and validity for primary caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus （T1DM） in China. Methods With formal permission granted by the original scale author，the Chinese version of the PMSS was developed following the Brislin translation framework，including forward translation，back-translation，cultural adaptation，and pre-experiment pilot testing. From September 2025 to January 2026，a convenience sample of 455 primary caregivers of children with T1DM was recruited from a tertiary children’s hospital in Zhejiang Province. Psychometric properties of the Chinese PMSS were evaluated，and a split-half cross-validation was performed to examine the stability of the unidimensional structure. Results All original 17 items and unidimensional structure were preserved in the Chinese PMSS. Item critical ratios varied ranged from 15.788 to 24.287，and the correlation coefficients between each item score and the total scale score ranged from 0.722 to 0.819（all P<0.001）. Confirmatory factor analysis showed an acceptable fit for the unidimensional model：χ2/df=4.109，RMSEA=0.083，CFI=0.932，TLI=0.922，and SRMR=0.041. The standardized factor loadings ranged from 0.692 to 0.809. The composite reliability and average variance extracted were 0.957 and 0.567，respectively. The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.957，and the split-half reliability was 0.967. Split-half cross-validation showed that the unidimensional model had a generally acceptable fit in both subsamples，with standardized factor loadings ranging from 0.654 to 0.821 and from 0.695 to 0.829，respectively. Conclusion The Chinese version of the PMSS demonstrates sound reliability and validity and is suitable for measuring perceived peer mentor support among primary caregivers of children with T1DM in China.
