老年人跌倒风险评估虚拟仿真护理教学平台的构建与实现

Construction and implementation of a virtual simulation nursing teaching platform for fall risk assessment of the elderly

摘要:

目的 针对传统老年人跌倒风险评估的综合性、复杂性、评估场景多元化,以及评估过程可能给老年人带来的风险,开发老年人跌倒风险评估虚拟仿真教学平台。 方法 多学科团队借助虚拟现实技术构建多场景实验平台,基于结构化案例库、模块自主编辑与即时数据反馈,设计多样化评估内容与流程。 结果 平台由教学引导与风险评估双模块构成,提供训练、考核双模式,覆盖一般性评估、躯体功能评估、其他专业性评估及居家环境评估4个核心环节;整合5大系统的13种高风险疾病、4种感知觉障碍、9种常用药物及2类高风险步态障碍,支持案例与流程动态重构,并建立数据驱动的学习行为追踪及动态评价机制,实现多维风险评估与精准教学适配。 结论 该虚拟仿真实验平台通过多学科交叉与技术创新,为老年人跌倒风险评估实践教学提供了灵活、安全的实现路径。

Abstract:

Objective Aiming at the comprehensiveness and complexity of traditional fall risk assessment for the elderly,the diversity of assessment scenarios,and the risk that the assessment process may bring to the elderly,a virtual simulation teaching platform for fall risk assessment for the elderly was developed. Methods A multidisciplinary team developed and applied a multi-scenario experimental platform based on virtual reality(VR) technology. This platform incorporates structured evaluation processes and content,integrates structured case libraries,real-time data feedback,and self-editing functions,and enables dynamic case reconstruction and adaptive teaching strategies. Results The platform was composed of dual modules of teaching guidance and risk assessment,and provided two modes of training and assessment,covering four core domains:general assessment,physical function evaluation,professional evaluation and home environment assessment. It integrated 13 high-risk diseases across five systems,four sensory-perceptual disorders,nine common medications and two high-risk gait disorders,supporting dynamic case and process reconstruction. In addition, a data-driven learning behavior tracking system and dynamic evaluation mechanism were established,enabling multidimensional risk assessment and precise teaching adaptation. Conclusion Through interdisciplinary collaboration and technological innovation,the platform offers a flexible and safe pathway for nursing practice teaching.
