融入思政的老年护理学教学案例微电影的设计与应用研究

The design and application of microfilm for teaching cases of Geriatric Nursing course with integration of ideology and politics

摘要:

目的 探索教学案例微电影的设计及在本科老年护理学课程中的应用效果。 方法 团队将微电影与案例教学相结合,构建教学案例微电影11个,并应用于本科老年护理学线下教学中;课后对176名学生进行课程满意度调查,并对学生和教师分别进行访谈。 结果 95%的学生认为微电影式案例利于提升学习兴趣,88%的学生认为微电影式案例有助于对知识的理解与掌握,79%的学生认为思政元素的融入自然恰当,16%的学生认为课前线上预习任务重,91%的学生认为对案例教学的整体实施满意。访谈中,学生认为案例微电影不仅激发了他们主动探索知识的欲望,还帮助他们面对患者时能快速回忆相关知识;教师认为采用案例微电影教学后,学生课堂参与度提高了,但编写脚本、拍摄和后期制作等环节需要耗费大量的精力,工作负担明显加重。 结论 教学案例微电影能够激发学生的学习兴趣、促进知识的理解,助于提升教师的课堂引导能力,同时为老年护理学课程思政元素的融入方式提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To design the teaching case micro films and explore its application effect in undergraduate Geriatric Nursing course. Methods The research team combined the micro-film teaching method with case teaching,built a total of 11 teaching case micro-films,and applied them to offline teaching. After class,176 students were surveyed on course satisfaction,and semi-structured interviews were conducted with students and teachers respectively. Results A total of 167(95%) students believed that micro-film cases were conducive to enhancing learning interest,88% of the students believed that micro-film cases were conducive to understanding and mastering knowledge,79% thought and political elements were naturally appropriate. However,16% perceived the pre-class online preparation tasks as burdensome,while 91% were satisfied with the overall implementation of case teaching. Interviews revealed that students viewed the case-based microfilms not only stimulated their desire to actively explore knowledge but also helped them quickly recall relevant information when facing patients. Teachers noted that after adopting the case-based microfilm teaching method,student participation in class significantly improved. However,they also mentioned that tasks such as scriptwriting,filming,and post-production required a substantial amount of effort,significantly increased their workload. Conclusion Teaching case micro-film can stimulate students’ learning interest,promote knowledge understanding,help improve teachers’ classroom guidance ability,and provide reference for the integration of ideological and political elements in Geriatric Nursing curriculum.
