Application of internalization theory-based experiential teaching in humanities courses for undergraduate nursing students

摘要:

目的 探讨基于内化理论的体验式教学在护理人文课程(护理人文学)中的应用效果。方法 设计基于内化理论的体验式教学,主要步骤包括确定开展体验式教学的教学主题、内容与安排,教学实施设计,打造教学资源库。选取该校2018级护理专业269名学生为对照组,对其实施常规教学;选取该校2022级护理专业157名学生为试验组,对其实施“知行启航(基础层)—知行淬炼(转化层)—知行合一(升华层)”的体验式教学。课程结束后,通过自制调查表了解试验组对护理人文课程的满意度;分别采用人文关怀能力量表、情绪体验范围和区分性量表评估两组的人文关怀能力及情绪觉察能力。结果 课程结束后,试验组中94.9%(149/157)对护理人文课程的总体评价为“非常满意/满意”;试验组人文关怀能力中的耐心维度得分(t=2.177,P=0.030)高于对照组,情绪觉察能力中的情绪广度维度得分高于对照组(t=3.421,P=0.001)。结论 基于内化理论的体验式教学在护理人文课程中的应用取得了较好的效果,在一定程度上有助于提升学生的人文素养,激发其学习兴趣,增进其学习体验。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of internalization theory-based experiential teaching in humanities course for undergraduate nursing students. Methods An experiential teaching based on internalization theory was designed,with key steps including:identifying teaching themes,content,and arrangements;designing teaching implementation;and establishing teaching resource databases. The control group consisted of 269 nursing students from the grade of 2018,who receiving conventional teaching. Meanwhile the experimental group included 157 nursing students from the grade of 2022 who undertaking a three-phase experiential teaching process:foundation level-transformation level-sublimation level. Post-course evaluations included a self-designed questionnaire assessing course satisfaction in the experimental group,along with Caring Ability Inventory and Emotional Experience Scale measurements to compare humanistic caring competence and emotional awareness between two groups. Results After the course,94.9%(149/157) students in experimental group rated their overall satisfaction with the nursing humanities course as “very satisfied/satisfied”. Comparing to the control group,the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores in the patience dimension of caring ability(t=2.177,P=0.030) and emotional breadth dimension of emotional awareness(t=3.421,P=0.001). Conclusion The internalization theory-based experiential teaching achieves favorable educational outcomes in nursing humanities courses,effectively enhancing students' humanistic literacy,stimulating learning interest,and improving learning experiences.
