重症专科护士自我能力否定倾向与角色压力的相关性研究

摘要：

目的调查重症专科护士自我能力否定倾向与角色压力的现状，并探讨两者关系。方法 2023年12月— 2024年1月，便利选取江西省225名重症专科护士为调查对象，采用一般资料调查表、自我能力否定倾向量表和角色压力源量表进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析重症专科护士自我能力否定倾向与角色压力的关系。结果回收有效问卷206份，有效率为91.56%。重症专科护士自我能力否定倾向量表得分为（21.98±4.43）分，角色压力源量表得分为（38.53±6.13）分，两者呈正相关（r=0.321）。结论重症专科护士自我能力否定倾向与角色压力为中等强度正相关，减轻重症专科护士自我能力否定倾向可能有利于降低角色压力水平。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status of impostor phenomenon and role stress among intensive care specialty nurses and to explore the relationship between the two. Methods From December 2023 to January 2024，225 intensive care specialty nurses in Jiangxi Province were conveniently selected for the survey，and were investigated using the general information questionnaire，Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale，and Role Stressors Scale. Pearson correlation analysis was applied to explore the relationship between impostor phenomenon and role stress. Results A total of 206 valid questionnaires were collected，with a validity rate of 91.56%. The scores of Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale for intensive care specialty nurses were（21.98±4.43） and the scores of Role Stressors Scale were（38.53±6.13），which were positively correlated（r=0.321）. Conclusion Impostor phenomenon of intensive care specialty nurses is moderately strongly positively correlated with role stress，and reducing the impostor phenomenon of intensive care specialty nurses may be beneficial in alleviating role stress.
