A qualitative study on the role orientation of ICU specialty nurses in multidisciplinary cooperation model

摘要:

目的 探讨重症专科护士在多学科合作模式中的角色及功能定位。 方法 采用现象学研究方法对多学科合作人员及患者家属共21名进行半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法,采用NVivo软件进行资料分析。 结果 提炼出5个主题,即沟通协作者、临床护理专家、个案延续管理者、教育培训者、研究者及著作者。 结论 重症专科护士在多学科合作模式中多维角色的形成顺应了护理专业发展趋势,管理者应重视其角色定位中发展需求,加强培训与支持,以提升团队素养,深化多学科合作模式,更好地满足ICU患者复杂健康需求。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the role and functional orientation of ICU specialty nurses in multidisciplinary cooperation model. Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of 21 multidisciplinary collaborators and patients’ family members based on phenomenological research methodology. Data was analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method with NVivo software. Results Five themes were identified namely,communication collaborators,clinical nurse specialists,case continuation managers,education trainers,researchers and authors. Conclusion The formation of multidimensional roles of ICU specialty nurses in the multidisciplinary cooperation model follows the development trend of nursing specialty. Managers should pay attention to the development needs of their roles and strengthen training and support in order to improve team quality,deepen the multidisciplinary cooperation model to better meet the complex health needs of ICU patients.
