糖尿病管理中护士的角色发展及展望

摘要：

随着糖尿病专科的发展，护士在糖尿病管理中承担着不同的角色和职能。该文对我国糖尿病管理中护士的角色发展历程和培养模式进行梳理和系统阐述，为构建高水平、多元化、多层次的糖尿病管理人才培养模式提供参考。

Abstract:

With the development of diabetes specialty，nurses have played different roles and functions in diabetes management. This paper classified and elaborated the roles development process and training mode of nurses in diabetes management systematically，so as to provide reference for building a high-level，diversified and multi-level training model for diabetes management talents in China.
