摘要:
学业弹性是指学生成功应对学校活动中学业挫折的能力,学业弹性的研究对学生应对日常学术挫折以及学术逆境具有启示意义,也能为护理教育者制订教育策略和临床实践培养计划提供理论参考。该文通过文献回顾,对护理专业学生学业弹性的相关概念、测量工具、研究现状进行综述,并提出针对性的发展策略,为我国护理专业学生学业弹性的相关研究提供参考。
