环境因素和抑郁对社区脑卒中患者活动参与的影响研究

摘要：

目的了解社区脑卒中患者活动参与水平现状,探讨环境因素、抑郁对脑卒中患者活动参与的影响。方法选取郑州市4个社区卫生服务中心下属社区262例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、脑卒中环境量表、患者健康问卷抑郁量表-2和世界卫生组织残疾评定方案2.0进行调查。结果 262例脑卒中患者的世界卫生组织残疾评定方案2.0总分为（66.73±19.98）分;分层回归分析结果显示,环境因素和抑郁共解释活动参与总变异的58.2%。结论环境因素和抑郁是脑卒中患者活动参与的重要影响因素。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of activity participation level of stroke patients in the community. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 262 stroke patients in 4 community health service centers in Zhengzhou using the general information questionnaire,the Measure of Stroke Environment,Patient Health Questionnaire Depression 2-Item Scale,and WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0. Results The total score of WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 of stroke patients was（66.73±19.98）. Environment factors and depression could account for 58.2% of the total variation of activity participation. Conclusion Environment factors and depression are the important influence factors for activity participation of stroke patients.
