襄阳市护士培训负荷的现状及影响因素分析

The status and influencing factors of on-the-job training load of nurses in Xiangyang

摘要:

目的 调查襄阳市护士培训负荷的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用临床护士培训负荷量表、护理人员自主学习能力评价量表,对襄阳市3所医院的540名临床护士进行问卷调查。 结果 临床护士培训负荷条目均分为(3.38±0.89)分,回归分析显示,年龄、教育程度、子女情况、对目前工作喜欢程度、医院级别、科室、自主学习能力进入回归方程(P<0.05),可共同解释培训负荷42.2%的变异度。 结论 襄阳市护士培训负荷处于中度负荷水平,年龄、教育程度、子女情况、对目前工作喜欢程度、医院级别、科室、自主学习能力是影响临床护士培训负荷的重要因素。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status of on-the-job training load of nurses in Xiangyang and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out in 540 clinical nurses in three hospitals in Xiangyang by using the Clinical Nurses Training Load Scale and the Nursing Staff Autonomous Learning Ability Evaluation Scale. Results The score of on-the-job training load was(3.38±0.89). Multivariate linear stratified regression analysis showed that age,education,number of children,degree of enjoying the work,hospital level,department,autonomous learning ability entered the regression equation(P<0.05),which could explain the 42.2% total variance. Conclusion The training load of clinical nurses is at the middle level. Age,education,number of children,degree of enjoying the work,hospital level,department,autonomous learning ability are the important factors that affect the training load of clinical nurses.
