乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿护理管理培训方案的构建

摘要：

目的构建护士乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿管理培训方案，为提高临床护士对淋巴水肿早期识别和管理能力提供参考。方法以行为目标理论为指导，通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈拟定护士乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿管理培训方案初稿。2022年6月—9月对7个省份的25名肿瘤科医疗专家、护理专家、护理管理者、护理教育者、淋巴水肿治疗师进行2轮专家函询，根据专家意见修改并确定护士乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿管理培训方案终稿。结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100%和96%（24/25），专家权威系数分别为0.944和0.933；第2轮培训目标和培训内容的Kendall’s W分别为0.444、0.455（均P<0.05）。最终确定护士乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿管理培训方案，培训目标包括一级条目3个、二级条目16个；培训内容包括一级条目5个、二级条目10个、三级条目26个。结论该研究构建的护士乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿管理培训方案具有较高的科学性和可靠性，能够满足临床护士对乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿培训的需求，增进淋巴水肿管理科学、规范地发展。

Abstract:

Objective The aim of this study is to develop a nursing training program of breast cancer-related lymphedema for oncology nurses，and provide guidance for improving lymphedema care competence of clinical nurses. Methods Based on behavioral objectives theory，literature analysis and semi-structured interview were conducted for initially formulation of the draft of nurse training program of lymphedema. After that，Delphi technique was adopted for the revision of the training program from June 2022 to September 2022. Results A two-round experts consultation was undertaken involving 25 experts came from seven provinces. The positive coefficients of experts were 100% and 96%（24/25），and the authoritative coefficient of experts were 0.944 and 0.933，respectively. The final training system consisted of training aims and training contents. The training aims included three first-level items，16 second-level items，and the training contents included five first-level items，10 second-level items and 26 third-level items. Conclusion The development of nursing training program of BCRL is scientific and reliable，meets the demand of nurses in caring for patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema and provide guidance for the training of nurses in cancer hospitals.
